Performance of the P2542G is exceptional and with 16078 points in 3DMark 06, we can easily recommend it for high end gaming. In PCMark 7 and PCMark Vantage benchmark tests,it got 4676 and 19870 points respectively. With all that performance, you just cannot expect good battery life. You will get around 3 hours of runtime on a single charge and under gaming test, you get just 1 hours of continuous runtime.
