CEO of Apple, Tim Cook has been asked by the District Judge Lucy Koh to give deposition related to lawsuit in which it is being said giants like Google, Apple and some others entered no-poach agreements. The judge told the lawyers that Steve Jobs was copied on emails about at the issue in the case. She also found it extremely hard to believe that the Apple’s current CEO (then COO) would not have been consulted about such agreements.
According to the department, the apple and Adobe’s execs entered into a not-cold-call each other employees. Another do-not-call list was created between Apple and Google in the year 2006. Apple and Pixar entertainment also entered into similar agreements in 2007.
