The Intel Celeron M 723 is a processor meant for entry level laptops and netbooks. Even though it is based on the Pentryn architecture, it has most of its feature deactivated to keep its costs low. Performance wise, it is at par with the first generation Intel Atom N455 and N470 processors. It runs at 1.2GHz clock speed and mere 5 watts TDP, making it suitable for small laptops as well.
