Fujitsu has finally made the Stylistic Q572 available for purchase. It is powered by AMD Z60 APU and runs the latest Windows 8 operating system. Measuring 273.5 x 176 mm, it has a thickness of 13.9mm and weighs 820 grams. It is not as light as those ARM based tablets but is close to the Atom Z2760 powered windows 8 tablets(check out Atom Z2760 review to find out more about it) and phones (like ZTE Grand X IN). It has several ports that include USB 2.0 and 3.0, SIM card and micro SD card slot. The screen is 10.1 inches IPS (dual digitizer) and can be used with both fingers and stylus. The screen has been given antiglare treatment and has resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. Its screen has 500:1 contrast and brightness of over 400 cd / m2.
The CPU (AMD Z60 is dual core) and is accompanied by 4GB DDR3 RAM that sounds roomy for a tablet. There is a 5MP rear camera, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G Gobi modem present as well. Battery life is stated to be around 7 hours on a single charge. Price is going to be around 850 Euros / dollars. Release date in Japan is October 26.
